Terms & Policies

Combo Products are multi-visit business lounge packages distributed by Airport Connects. The visits can be applied flexibly at the domestic and international lounges within the usage scope of each Combo.

• Visits may only be applied within the usage scope of each combo.
• Visits cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Visits are deducted according to the rules of each combo.
• The product expires when its validity period ends or when the available visits run out, whichever comes first.

The scope of each Combo is shown in the scope table for each product line — Diamond, Connect, Explorer, Local, SH Elite Infinity, Elite Experience (domestic and international), BSL Gold and BSL Diamond.

4.1. Unidentified combo

• An unidentified combo is a combo that is not tied to any specific personal information, so anyone who holds a valid combo code that is still in effect can use the service.
• Gifting or sharing a combo code is understood to be done voluntarily by the owner, who is fully responsible for it.
• Customers are responsible for keeping their combo code secure, managing it and using it for its proper purpose. If a combo code is disclosed or misused, the customer's benefits may be affected and will not be refunded.
• Airport Connects is not liable for any damage, loss or claim arising from a combo code being disclosed, misused or taken over by a third party, unless the cause is our fault.
• Using the combo means the customer has read, understood and agreed to all of these conditions.

4.2. Identified combo

• An identified combo is a combo tied to the customer's name. Only the customer named on the combo code may use the service and invite accompanying guests, provided the combo still has enough visits.
• Accompanying guests do not have to take the same flight or check in at the same time as the person identified on the combo code, but an accompanying guest's check-in is only valid while the identified person is present at the business lounge.
• Airport Connects ensures the full usage rights of the identified customer, and records and protects personal information on the system.

4.3. Changing the combo type

• Customers may change from identified to unidentified and vice versa.
• Each combo may be changed once (01 time) during its validity period.

A combo is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Each combo may be extended once (01 time) at most.
• The extension request and payment must be made before the expiry date. If the combo is not extended: the remaining visits of the combo code will no longer be valid after the expiry date of the product code.
• Extension fee: VND 175,000 (VAT included).
• Extension period: 06 months from the expiry date. The remaining visits of the product code will be extended by 06 months from the expiry date.

• Customers who wish to be issued a physical card pay a fee of VND 100,000 per card (VAT included).
• Physical card issuance is free for SH Elite Infinity Combos.

• The combo must still be valid and have enough visits at the time the customer uses the service at the business lounge.
• Customers must present their combo code or ACP card number together with a valid boarding pass.
• For an identified combo, the name on the boarding pass must match the information the customer registered.
• The usage history and remaining visits of the combo will be updated in the customer's Airport Connects Pass (ACP) account after each use of the service.

Visits and extended time are deducted according to the tables below, depending on the Combo type and the lounge/service.

Applies to Diamond, Connect, Local, Explorer and Elite Experience Combos (domestic & international) issued from 01/07/2026

Applies to SH Elite Infinity Combos issued from 01/07/2026

* For SH Elite and Lounge Wellness services, if the customer needs to use an additional service or add accompanying guests, the customer may choose to have additional visits deducted according to the conversion of each service, or to be charged directly under the current policy.

Applies to BSL Diamond and BSL Gold Combos issued before 01/07/2026

Applies to SH Elite Infinity Combos issued before 01/07/2026

If the customer chooses not to use the combo's visit deduction for accompanying children or for extended time: the customer pays the above costs themselves at the rates and usage conditions of the price list posted at each lounge.

• The policy for accompanying children follows the rules of each lounge at each point in time.
• The service usage time follows the rules of each lounge at each point in time.
• If the lounge operator makes any change, the new policy will be applied accordingly.

12.1. Booking the service

• Customers are advised to book the service before their flight through the Airport Connects Customer Care Hotline.
• If the service is not booked in advance, it can only be provided subject to actual capacity.

12.2. Cancelling the service

• For groups of fewer than 05 guests: cancellation is free of charge and no visit is deducted.
• For groups of 05 guests or more:
  • Cancelling before 17:00 on the day before the usage date: no visit is deducted.
  • Cancelling after 17:00 on the day before the usage date, or cancelling on the usage date: 01 visit is deducted for each group of 05 guests; any remaining guests fewer than 05 are not deducted.

• Airport Connects has the right to adjust, supplement or update this policy from time to time to suit its business operations and actual operating conditions.
• Buying or using a combo means the customer has read, understood and agreed to all of the content of this Product Policy.
