3. Who we share it with
- Service providers — lounges, Meet & Assist operators, car companies: only the minimum needed to serve you
- Payment providers — OnePay, banks: transaction data, not ID documents
- State authorities — on a lawful written request
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Your rights
Under Article 9 of Decree 13, you have the right to: be informed · consent · access · withdraw consent · erasure · restrict processing · data provision · object to processing · complain, denounce, sue · claim compensation · self-protection. Send a request via Contact or in your Account; we reply within 72 hours.
5. When you provide someone else's data
When booking a service for someone else, you must have their consent first. The confirmation box at the booking step records this — under Article 11 of Decree 13.
6. Recording consent
Each time you tick a consent box, the system records: what you agreed to, the policy version, the time, the IP address and the screen where it happened. You can review and withdraw it in your Account.
7. Children
The website is not intended for people under 16 to register an account themselves. Children travelling with an adult only have their name and age provided when the service requires it.
8. Policy changes
When a change widens the purposes of processing, we notify you and ask for consent again; it is not applied by default to data already collected.
