| 1. Voucher Types | Flex – Non-Personalized Voucher |
| 2. Validity Period | 60 Days from the Date of Activation |
| 3. Service Reservation | Customers must contact the Airport Connects Hotline to book the service, providing the passenger's full name and intended date and time of use. |
| 4. Voucher Validity Extension | - A one-time extension of 30 additional days is permitted, provided the request is submitted before the Voucher's expiration date. - Extension Fee: Free of charge. |
| 5. Voucher Refunds | - Refund requests are permitted only on or before the Voucher's expiration date. - Refunds shall be calculated based solely on the amount originally paid for the Voucher. Any additional fees incurred are non-refundable. - Refund Fee: 15% of the Voucher value. |
| 6. Changes to Applicable Service Locations | - Changes to the Voucher's applicable service location are permitted (e.g., from SH Elite HAN to SH Elite SGN or vice versa). - Location Change Fee: Free of charge. |
| 7. Cancellation or Rescheduling | Complimentary Cancellation or Rescheduling: - Up to two cancellation or rescheduling requests are permitted free of charge. - Requests must be submitted before 20:00 on the day preceding the scheduled service date (T-1). From the Third Cancellation or Rescheduling Request Onwards: - The Voucher shall become invalid and can no longer be redeemed. - Any refund shall be subject to the prevailing Voucher Refund Policy, even if the Voucher remains within its validity period. |
| 8. Accompanying Children | - One child under 2 years of age is admitted free of charge when accompanied by each adult guest. - A second child under 2 years of age and any additional children, as well as children aged 2 and above, shall be subject to the applicable adult rate. |
| 9. Additional Stay Charges | - Each additional period of up to 3 hours shall be considered one additional time block ("block"). Any additional stay of less than 3 hours shall be rounded up to one full block. - Additional Stay Rate: 50% of the applicable rate per guest, per block. |
| 10. Special Circumstances | If a flight schedule change results in a departure time outside the operating hours of the SH Elite Lounge, before the guest has used the service, the guest may choose one of the following options: - Alternative Service: Access to the SH Premium Lounge with Fast Track service. - Replacement Voucher: Receive one SH Premium Lounge Voucher valid at domestic airports nationwide. |
