1. Advance booking time

2. No-shows
Not showing up without notice counts as used: a visit is deducted for vouchers and combos, and transfer trips are not refunded.
3. Flight time changes or cancellations
If a flight is delayed or rescheduled, the service slot moves with it at no charge. If a flight is cancelled, the booking is cancelled free of charge and the voucher is returned as it was.
4. Airport Connects cannot arrange a slot
100% of the service value is refunded, or the service is moved to another trip at the customer's choice.
