The SH Elite Service at Tan Son Nhat International Airport's Domestic Terminal T3 combines access to the SH Elite Lounge Tan Son Nhat with a personalized meet-and-assist experience. The dedicated SH Elite team contacts guests prior to their departure date to confirm arrangements, welcomes them at the airport, assists with priority airport procedures, and escorts them to the lounge.

Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Flex Voucher: Non-name-specific and valid for 60 days from the date of activation. Each voucher is valid for one guest and one-time use only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Advance Reservation: Guests must book the service in advance through the Airport Connects Hotline, providing the passenger's full name and expected service time.
- Voucher Redemption: Guests must present a valid voucher code and boarding pass at the reception desk to access the service.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Up to two cancellations or rescheduling requests are permitted free of charge, provided they are made before 20:00 on the day preceding the scheduled service date. From the third request onwards, the voucher becomes invalid, and any refund is subject to the prevailing refund policy.
- Validity Extension: One complimentary extension of 30 days is permitted, provided the request is submitted before the voucher's expiry date.
- Voucher Refund: Refund requests must be submitted on or before the voucher's expiry date. A refund fee of 15% of the voucher value applies. Any fees already incurred are non-refundable.
- Location Flexibility: Complimentary changes between SH Elite Ha Noi and SH Elite Tan Son Nhat are permitted.
Child Policy
- Children Under 2 Years Old: One child under the age of 2 is admitted free of charge when accompanied by each adult guest.
- Additional Children: A second child under 2 years old and any additional children, as well as children aged 2 and above, are subject to the full adult rate.
Additional Stay Charges
- Extended Stay: Any stay exceeding 3 hours, including extensions resulting from flight delays or cancellations, is subject to additional charges calculated in time blocks.
- Time Block Calculation: Each block covers a maximum of 3 hours. Any additional period of less than 3 hours is rounded up to one full block.
- Additional Charges: 50% of the published rate per guest, per additional block.
Additional Information & Important Notes
- Flight Schedule Changes: If a flight schedule change occurs before service use and results in a departure time outside the lounge's operating hours, guests may choose either access to the SH Premium Lounge with Fast Track service, or one replacement SH Premium Lounge voucher valid at domestic airports.
- Admission Restrictions: The lounge reserves the right to refuse admission when it has reached full capacity or when a voucher is invalid.
- Lounge Etiquette: Guests must comply with lounge regulations, maintain a peaceful environment, and avoid disturbing other guests.
- Service Availability: Menu offerings and certain amenities may vary depending on the time of service.
