Introduction
SH Elite+ combines the private lounge of SH Elite with Fast Track through security and immigration. Staff accompany guests through each checkpoint, so places per time slot are limited and advance booking is required.
How it differs from SH Elite

Conditions and use

| Named voucher | The voucher name must match the boarding pass. |
| Changes and cancellation | Up to 2 free changes or cancellations before 20:00 the previous day in the serving airport’s time zone. The third change or missing that deadline invalidates the voucher. |

Things to note
The 20:00 deadline uses the serving airport’s time zone, not Vietnam time. Changi departures use Singapore time.
