Voucher Usage Regulations:
- Advance Reservation Required. Please contact Airport Connects 24/7 at +84 966 028 802 to reserve your service before departure.
- Maximum lounge usage duration: 3 hours prior to the original scheduled departure time.
- Each voucher is valid for one (01) person only and for a single (01) use.
Service Cancellation / Amendment Policy:
- Guests may cancel or amend their service time up to 2 times free of charge, provided changes are made before 8:00 PM on the day prior (T-1) to the service date.
- From the third cancellation or amendment onwards, the voucher will become invalid for further use at SH Elite Lounge. In such cases, the voucher refund policy remains applicable, even if the voucher is still within its valid period.
Accompanying Children Policy:
- Complimentary access is granted for one (01) child under 2 years old per accompanying adult using the lounge service.
- Any additional children under 2 years old, as well as children aged 2 years and above, will be charged as adults.
Overstay Policy:
- Each additional 3-hour period is counted as one block. Any additional time less than 3 hours will be rounded up to one full block.
- Overstay fee: 50% of the standard rate per guest per block.
Other Notes:
- Each Business Lounge offers its own range of amenities, and guests are required to follow the lounge’s regulations during their stay.
- Access to the lounge may be denied in the following cases:
- Failure to present a valid voucher or use of an invalid voucher code.
- Failure to comply with service procedures, or any behavior causing disturbance, disorder, or inconvenience to other guests in the lounge.

My flight to Da Nang was delayed, and the airport was too crowded. I called the Airport Connects hotline, and they quickly helped me purchase a voucher for SH Premium Lounge at Noi Bai. The process was fast, convenient, and seamless. The lounge was a perfect place to relax - comfortable seating, great food, and incredibly supportive staff. It made my wait much more enjoyable!

Such a great way to start the journey with fullfilled experience. Everything was perfect, from the seats to the food. It was easy and flexible to book a lounge. The staff were very supportive. Love the way they take care me when they know it was my first time being in Vietnam. They recommend me lots of interesting things to explore! Will try another lounges next time!
