Does the recipient need an account to use Gift Pass?
No. Enter the printed code online or have it scanned at the counter. Linking it to an ACP wallet later is optional.
Which products and services are available with Gift Pass?
Each Gift Pass includes one product or service package of your choice at purchase, from the products and services that offer a gifting option on Airport Connects. Eligible scope and conditions of use depend on each product or service.
Can I buy Gift Pass for several recipients?
Choose the number of cards when buying, then enter each delivery address at checkout. Each address is a separate parcel with its own tracking number.
Does Gift Pass show the gift price?
No. The slip only shows benefits, locations and expiry. The buyer receives the invoice separately by email.
