Important Notes When Using Combo Diamond

To make the most of Combo Diamond and avoid unexpected charges, you should understand the visit redemption policy, lounge usage rules, and conditions that may vary by lounge operator.

Visit Redemption Policy for Domestic and International Lounges

The number of visits deducted depends on the lounge category you access.

If you choose not to redeem Combo Diamond visits for accompanying children or additional lounge time, the applicable fees will be charged directly according to the pricing policy of each lounge.

Children's Policy

Age requirements, visit redemption, and child admission policies may vary between lounges. Before your trip, it is recommended that you review the policy of your selected lounge so you can estimate the required visits or any additional charges.

Lounge Access Duration

Each lounge has its own policy regarding maximum stay duration and additional time charges. If you remain beyond the complimentary access period, extra visits or additional fees may apply depending on the lounge's policy.

In addition, Combo Diamond is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If your package expires with unused visits remaining, you may extend its validity in accordance with Airport Connects' current policy.
