How to Use Combo Diamond: A Complete A-to-Z Guide

Owning Combo Diamond gives you seamless access to more than 29 airport lounges across 22 airports within the Airport Connects network. To make the most of your membership and enjoy a smooth lounge experience, it's important to understand everything from activation and visit management to lounge check-in.

In this guide, Airport Connects walks you through how to use Combo Diamond from A to Z, helping you maximize your benefits while avoiding common issues before every journey.

Which Airport Lounges Can You Access with Combo Diamond?

Combo Diamond is Airport Connects' premium lounge package, providing access to both domestic and international business lounges across its nationwide lounge network. The package is available in 5-, 10-, and 20-visit options, catering to individual travelers, families, and frequent business flyers alike.

Unlike Connect, Explorer, or Local packages, which are limited to specific airport groups, Combo Diamond offers the broadest coverage. As long as your package remains valid and you have available visits, you can enjoy lounge access at different airports without being restricted to a single location.

Currently, Combo Diamond provides access to more than 29 lounges across 22 airports, including:

• SH Premium Lounge locations within the Airport Connects network.

• Partner lounges such as ASG Sky Lounge, Le Saigonnais Lounge, Apricot Lounge, Jasmine Halal Lounge, The Sun Coast Lounge, and The SENS Leisure Lounge.

• Both domestic and international lounges, making it suitable for travelers on domestic and overseas flights.

How to Purchase and Use Combo Diamond

Purchasing and using Combo Diamond is quick and straightforward. In just a few simple steps, you can activate your benefits and start enjoying premium lounge access across the Airport Connects network.

Step 1: Choose the Right Combo Diamond Package

Combo Diamond is available in 5-, 10-, and 20-visit packages, allowing you to select the option that best matches your travel frequency.

• 5-Visit Package: Ideal for travelers who plan several business or leisure trips throughout the year.

• 10-Visit Package: Designed for frequent business or leisure travelers who regularly visit multiple airports.

• 20-Visit Package: The best choice for business executives, frequent flyers, or companies purchasing lounge access for employees.

Step 2: Receive Your Combo and Manage It via Airport Connects Pass

Once your purchase is completed, your Combo Diamond will be linked to your Airport Connects Pass (ACP) account or delivered according to your selected registration method.

Through Airport Connects Pass, you can conveniently monitor your remaining visits, validity period, and usage history on a single platform, making it easy to manage your membership throughout the year.

Step 3: Prepare Before Visiting the Lounge

Before heading to the airport, make sure your Combo Diamond is still valid and has sufficient remaining visits. You should also prepare a valid boarding pass for your flight.

For The Identified Combo, the passenger name on the boarding pass must match the information registered in the Airport Connects system to ensure successful lounge access.

Step 4: Check In and Enjoy the Lounge

Upon arriving at a participating lounge, simply present your Airport Connects Pass (ACP) or Combo Diamond access code, together with your valid boarding pass.

After your information has been verified, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding number of visits. No additional payment is required when redeeming visits from your Combo Diamond, allowing you to relax, work, or enjoy the lounge facilities before boarding.

Can Combo Diamond Be Extended or Shared?

Yes. One of the key advantages of Combo Diamond is its flexible usage policy, allowing customers to maximize the value of their package even if travel plans change.

Extend Your Package If You Have Remaining Visits

If your Combo Diamond expires while you still have unused visits, you may extend its validity by an additional six months in accordance with Airport Connects' current policy. This allows you to continue using your remaining visits without purchasing a new package.

Share Your Visits Flexibly

Customers can choose between The Identified Combo and The Flexible Combo when purchasing Combo Diamond. The Flexible Combo is ideal for families, groups of friends, or businesses, as lounge visits can be shared with multiple users in accordance with Airport Connects' policy.

To maximize your benefits, choose the package type that best suits your needs and review the applicable terms before activating your Combo.

Combo Diamond Visit Redemption Policy

When using Combo Diamond, the number of visits deducted depends on the lounge category, passenger type (adult or child), and whether you choose to extend your stay. Understanding these rules helps you manage your remaining visits more effectively.
