Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Each voucher is valid for one person and can only be redeemed once.
- Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers are valid only within the specified validity period and are subject to the terms and conditions of the purchased service package.
Child Policy
- Up to two children under 5 years old are entitled to complimentary lounge access when accompanied by one adult guest.
- Additional children under 5 years old (from the third child onward) and children aged 5–12 are subject to the child rate.
- Guests over 12 years old are subject to the adult rate.
Additional Stay Charges
- Lounge stays exceeding 3 hours are subject to additional charges, including cases of flight delays or cancellations.
- Additional stay charges are calculated in blocks of up to 3 hours. Any additional stay of less than 3 hours will be rounded up to one full block.
- Additional Charge: 50% of the published rate per guest, per block.
