Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Each voucher is valid for one person and can only be redeemed once.
- Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers are valid only within the specified validity period and are subject to the terms and conditions of the purchased service package.
Child Policy
- One child under 5 years old is entitled to complimentary lounge access when accompanied by an adult guest.
- Additional children under 5 years old and children aged 5–12 are charged 50% of the adult rate.
- Guests over 12 years old are subject to the adult rate.
- Adult vouchers are valid for guests over 12 years old, while child vouchers are applicable to children. Each voucher is valid for one lounge visit or one additional stay period (up to 3 hours).
Additional Stay Charges
- Lounge stays exceeding 3 hours are subject to additional charges, including cases of flight delays or cancellations.
- Additional stay charges are calculated in blocks of up to 3 hours. Any additional stay of less than 3 hours will be rounded up to one full block.
- Additional Charge: 50% of the published rate per guest, per block.
