E-Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Each e-voucher is valid for one (01) guest and one (01) visit to the designated lounge.
- The maximum lounge access duration is four (04) consecutive hours.
- Guests must present a valid e-voucher and boarding pass upon entry.
- The information on the e-voucher must match the details on the boarding pass. The lounge reserves the right to deny access without a refund if the information is invalid or does not match.
Child Policy
- One (01) child under five (05) years of age is admitted free of charge when accompanied by each paying adult.
- Additional children under five (05) years of age, as well as children aged five (05) to twelve (12), are charged 50% of the adult rate.
- Guests over twelve (12) years of age are charged the full adult rate.
- Adult vouchers are valid for guests over twelve (12) years of age, while child vouchers are applicable to children. Each voucher is valid for one (01) lounge visit or one (01) additional access period of up to four (04) hours.
- Age is determined as of the date of service. Children must present valid identification documents during check-in.
Additional Lounge Access Charges
- Lounge stays exceeding four (04) hours are subject to additional charges, including in cases of flight delays or cancellations.
- Additional access is charged in blocks of up to four (04) hours. Any additional stay of less than four (04) hours is rounded up to one (01) full block.
- Additional charge: 50% of the published adult or child rate, as applicable, per guest, per block.
