Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Each voucher is valid for one person and can only be redeemed once.
- Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers are valid only within the specified validity period and are subject to the terms and conditions of the purchased service package.
Child Policy
- Children under 2 years old are entitled to complimentary lounge access when accompanied by an adult guest. A passport or other valid proof of age must be presented.
- Children aged 2–11 are subject to the child rate.
- Guests aged 12 years and above are subject to the adult rate.
Additional Stay Charges
- Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the duration of their purchased package must purchase an additional extension package at the reception desk, subject to the prevailing walk-in rates. Additional stays are not charged on a per-minute basis.
- In the event of a flight delay officially announced by the airline or displayed on the Flight Information Display System (FIDS), guests may present the relevant information to the reception staff for consideration of a complimentary stay extension. Such extensions are subject to the lounge's approval.
