- Lounge access is valid for a maximum of 03 hours prior to the original scheduled departure time.
- Each voucher is valid for one (01) person only and may be used for one (01) single visit.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash in any form.
- Adult voucher: Valid for one (01) lounge visit or one (01) additional time usage (up to 03 hours) for guests aged 12 years and above.
- Child voucher: Valid for one (01) lounge visit or one (01) additional time usage (up to 03 hours) for child guests.
- One (01) children under 2 years old may accompany each adult free of charge.
- From the second child under 2 years old onward, and for children aged from 2 to 12 years, a fee equivalent to 75% of the listed price will apply.
- Guests aged above 12 years old are considered adults.
- Each additional 03-hour period is defined as one (01) additional time block (“Block”).
- Any additional usage less than 03 hours will be rounded up and charged as one (01) Block.
- Additional time charge: 50% of the standard rate per guest per block.
- Sky Bar and Sky Spa services are available at an additional charge, subject to the lounge’s listed price.
- Guests are required to present a valid voucher code together with their boarding pass to lounge staff upon check-in.
- Each business lounge offers different facilities, and guests are required to comply with all lounge rules and usage regulations.
- The lounge reserves the right to refuse service in the following circumstances:
- Failure to present a valid voucher or presentation of an invalid voucher code.
- Non-compliance with lounge procedures or disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests.
- The lounge has reached full capacity.

My flight to Da Nang was delayed, and the airport was too crowded. I called the Airport Connects hotline, and they quickly helped me purchase a voucher for SH Premium Lounge at Noi Bai. The process was fast, convenient, and seamless. The lounge was a perfect place to relax - comfortable seating, great food, and incredibly supportive staff. It made my wait much more enjoyable!
