E-Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Each e-voucher is valid for one (01) guest and one (01) lounge visit.
- The maximum lounge access duration is four (04) consecutive hours.
- Guests must present a valid e-voucher and boarding pass upon entry to the lounge.
- The lounge reserves the right to deny access if the information on the e-voucher does not match the boarding pass or if the guest arrives outside the registered time slot.
Child Policy
- One (01) child under five (05) years of age is admitted free of charge when accompanied by each paying adult.
- Additional children under five (05) years of age, as well as children aged five (05) to twelve (12), are charged 50% of the adult rate.
- Guests over twelve (12) years of age are charged the full adult rate.
- Adult vouchers are valid for guests over twelve (12) years of age, while child vouchers are applicable to children. Each voucher is valid for one (01) lounge visit or one (01) additional access period of up to four (04) hours.
- Children must present valid identification documents during check-in.
Additional Lounge Access Charges
- Lounge stays exceeding four (04) hours are subject to additional charges, including in cases of flight delays or cancellations.
- Additional access is charged in blocks of up to four (04) hours. Any additional stay of less than four (04) hours is rounded up to one (01) full block.
- Additional charge: 50% of the published rate per guest, per block.
