Service duration
Each Voucher is valid for
and
- only.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for monetary value under any circumstances.
- Guests are required to make a reservation in advance through Airport Connects' official Customer Service channels.
- A reservation is considered confirmed only after the guest receives a confirmation notice from Airport Connects or its authorized service partner.
- Walk-in guests without a prior reservation will be accommodated subject to service availability at the time of arrival.
- Reservation changes may be arranged within the Voucher validity period, subject to service availability.
- If a guest arrives later than the confirmed appointment time, the service duration may be adjusted accordingly to ensure subsequent bookings are not affected.
- Guests who fail to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be considered No-show.
In the event of a No-show, the Voucher will be deemed fully redeemed. No refund, Voucher replacement, extension, or retention of benefits will be provided unless otherwise specified by Airport Connects.
If the service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to Airport Connects or its operating partner after the reservation has been confirmed, guests will be offered either: a rescheduled appointment; or a replacement Voucher of equivalent value.
- Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time for their confirmed appointment.
- The Voucher does not cover gratuities, personal expenses, or any additional services outside the published service scope.
- Airport Connects and its operating partners reserve the right to refuse service under the following circumstances
- Guests are intoxicated, display disruptive behavior, or pose a disturbance to staff or other guests.
- Guests fail to comply with safety, security, or operational regulations of the service provider.
- The Voucher is invalid, expired, or has already been redeemed.
