Voucher Usage Regulations

Lounge Access Duration: Maximum 3 hours before the original departure time.
Single-Use, One Person Only: Each voucher is valid for one person and can be used only once.
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in any form.
Adult Voucher: Grants one-time lounge access or extended stay (up to 3 hours).
Child Voucher: Not applicable.

Accompanying Child Policy

Complimentary access for one child under 2 years old per accompanying adult.
The second child under 2 years old and children aged 2 and above are charged as adults.

Extended Stay Policy

Every additional 3 hours is considered one extra time block ("Block").
Any additional time under 3 hours is rounded up to 1 full Block.
Extended stay fee: 50% of the standard rate per guest per Block.

Lounge Check-in Process

Passengers must present a valid Voucher code and boarding pass to lounge staff for verification.

Additional Notes

Each lounge offers unique facilities and services, and guests are required to comply with lounge regulations.
Lounge staff reserve the right to deny entry in the following cases:
- Failure to present a valid Voucher code
- Non-compliance with lounge policies or engaging in disruptive behavior affecting other guests.
- The lounge is fully occupied at the time of arrival.
