Voucher Usage Regulations

• Lounge Access Duration: Maximum 2 hours before the original departure time.
• Single-Use, One Person Only: Each voucher is valid for one person and can be used only once.
• The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in any form.
• Adult Voucher: Grants one-time lounge access or extended stay (up to 2 hours).
• Child Voucher: Not applicable.

Accompanying Child Policy

• Complimentary access for one child under 2 years old per accompanying adult.
• From the second child under 2 years old and children aged 2 and above are charged as adults.

Extended Stay Policy

• First 2 hours of additional use: surcharge 50% of listed price. 
• From the 3rd hour onwards: surcharge 100% of listed price/hour.

Lounge Check-in Process

Passengers must present a valid Voucher code and boarding pass to lounge staff for verification.

• Each lounge offers unique facilities and services, and guests are required to comply with lounge regulations.
• Lounge staff reserve the right to deny entry in the following cases:
  • Failure to present a valid Voucher code
  • Non-compliance with lounge policies or engaging in disruptive behavior affecting other guests.
  • The lounge is fully occupied at the time of arrival.
