1. Combo Usage Regulations:
• Each SH Elite Infinity combo is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be extended once for an additional 6 months before the combo expires.
• Combos are managed and accessed via the Airport Connects Pass (ACP) account on the Airport Connects website or mobile application.
• Service bookings should be made in advance through the Airport Connects 24/7 Customer Service Hotline: 0966 028 802.
2. Usage Deduction Rules:
· Full service (Fast track + Lounge access):
o Adults: deduct 1 Fast Track + 1 Lounge access.
o Children: deduct 1 Fast Track + 1 Lounge access.
· Partial Service (Fast Track or Lounge Access only):
o Adults: deduct 1 Fast Track or 1 Lounge access.
o Children: deduct 1 Fast Track or 1 Lounge access.
· Extended lounge time:
o Adults: deduct 1 Lounge access.
o Children: deduct 1 Lounge access.
3. Accompanying children policy:
• Each adult may bring one child under 2 years old for free.
• For children aged 2 and above, or a second accompanying child, adult rates apply.
4. Service Cancellation Policy:
• For bookings of fewer than 5 guests: free cancellation is allowed with no deduction of combo visits.
• For bookings of 5 guests or more:
- Free cancellation is allowed with no deduction if canceled before 17:00 on the day prior to the service.
- If canceled after 17:00 on the day prior or on the day of service, 1 visit will be deducted per 5 guests; remaining guests fewer than 5 will not incur a deduction.

Thoughtfully tailored with flexible 5/10/20-visit combos, SH Elite Infinity allows customers to enjoy a luxurious travel experience with greater cost efficiency compared to purchasing single-use passes.
The SH Elite Infinity package is available in two forms:
• Identified Combo: Registered under the customer’s name, ensuring exclusive usage rights and the option to invite accompanying guests.
• Flexible Combo: Designed for easy gifting or sharing with others.
Each combo is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be extended once for an additional 6 months, provided the renewal request is made before the expiry date and unused visits remain.

Great experience
My flight to Da Nang was delayed, and the airport was too crowded. I called the Airport Connects hotline, and they quickly helped me purchase a voucher for SH Premium Lounge at Noi Bai. The process was fast, convenient, and seamless. The lounge was a perfect place to relax - comfortable seating, great food, and incredibly supportive staff. It made my wait much more enjoyable!
